Bloco do Beco
Visual Identity • 2025
The goal of this project is to study and revitalize the association's identity, highlighting its culture and values.
To this end, the old identity was analyzed, and several conversations were held with the group's members to develop the best approach.

Bloco do Beco emerged in the M'Boi Mirim region in response to the decline of street carnival, aiming to keep this cultural manifestation alive.
Currently, Bloco do Beco aims to become a cultural reference organization in the city of São Paulo and work in collaborative networks with groups, collectives, and organizations from the outskirts of Brazil.
The goal of this project is to study and revitalize the identity of this association, highlighting its culture and values.
Their mission is to guarantee the right to access culture for the population of the territory where they operate, integrating popular traditions, cultural groups, community initiatives, and educational practices within a perspective that unites art, culture, and education.
Furthermore, they aim to make Jardim Ibirapuera the most colorful neighborhood in São Paulo by 2035 and expand their operations to other regions of the city and the country.
Connected to the values of love, collectivity, mobilization, diversity, equality, connection, joy, creation, and feeling.

The entire visual identity system developed was adopted by the Bloco do Beco Cultural Association, which has already begun applying it in different contexts, such as its facade and social media.
